Education and Employment Pathways
Underpin our Technology HUB
Women's Community Shelters, Western Sydney University (WSU) and The College are partnering to deliver an eight-week program for women preparing to re-enter the workforce following an extended break, or women entering the workforce for the first time. The program combines units of the Certificate III in Business Administration with work experience at WSU to develop critical workplace skills, increase employability and rebuild self-esteem.
To deliver this program, we are creating an education and employment hub for participants. We are seeking the support to equip the hub with eight new laptops and printers which will remain in the Hub. We would also like to equip each participant with their own "Business Essentials Pack" - pens, pads, USB etc.
If your organisation would like to support or fundraise for our education programs please email projects@womenscommunityshelters.org.au
