2024 Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat Raffle for Women’s Community Shelters (WCS) – Terms & Conditions
· There is a maximum of 20,000 tickets being sold.
· Price of ticket: $15 for 1 ticket, $50 for 5 tickets, $100 for 15 tickets.
· Total prize pool value: $10,000
· There is one prize (for two people)
· All profits will be distributed directly to WCS only (ABN: 54 153 006 556).
· This raffle is for entrants from NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT
· This raffle excludes entrants from WA, NT, SA and TAS
· This raffle is run by WCS, hosted on the SupporterHub platform (ABN: 26 616 473 084). Tickets can only be purchased online via SupporterHub.
1) Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2) Purchase of a raffle ticket is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3) Entry is open to residents of NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT. This raffle excludes entrants from NT, WA, SA and TAS. Ineligible state residents are invited to make a donation to Women’s Community Shelters: https://drct-womenscommunityshelters.prod.supporterhub.net/donations/wcs-gwinganna-retreat-raffle-2024-appeal
4) Anyone under the age of 18 is ineligible to purchase tickets.
5) Entrants must include their contact details in the section provided when purchasing a ticket. Complete entries will include a first and last name, email address, postcode, and/or a telephone number at a minimum.
6) Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of tickets which may be purchased.
7) Due to permit requirements, tickets sales will cease in Queensland if/when $50,000 has been raised from QLD entrants, Victoria if/when $60,000 has been raised for VIC entrants, ACT if/when $100,000 has been raised from ACT entrants.
8) Raffle ticket sales will commence on Wed 10 April 09.00am (AEST) and conclude on Sunday 26 May at 23:59pm (AEST).
9) Entrants need not be present to win.
10) The randomly generated draw for the winner will take place on Monday 27 May at 10:00am (AEST) online through the SupporterHub online raffle platform (ABN: 26 616 473 084). SupporterHub's head office is Level 24, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
11) There is only one raffle prize package, and there will only be one winner. The one winner is invited to bring one guest.
12) WCS reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this raffle with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated/suspected/actual fraud, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes).
[NW1] 13) The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 days of the draw, and the winner’s details will be published on the Women’s Community Shelters website and Facebook channel after the winner has been notified.
14) The prize and value are as follows: a five-night ‘Optimum Wellbeing’ retreat package for two at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat, valued at $8,000 (conditions apply, subject to availability). This includes, per person: 5 nights’ accommodation; classic massage; essential facial; $100 wellness therapy credit; four key wellness seminars (nutrition, optimum wellbeing, stress and movement); a cooking demonstration; chef-prepared organic meals, snacks and beverages; access to all facilities and scheduled activities; transfers to/from Gold Coast Airport at set times. The prize also includes a $2,000 Flight Centre gift card (conditions apply, subject to Flight Centre Gift card terms and conditions, https://www.flightcentre.com.au/gift-card-terms-and-conditions). Gift Cards are redeemable at participating Flight Centre Travel Group retail stores located within Australia. Gift Cards are valid for use within 3 years from the date of issue. Gift Cards may be redeemed in whole or part during the validity period. Where used in part, no change will be given.
15) The Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat prize is fully inclusive of all organic meals, snacks and beverages.
16) The Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat prize is fully inclusive of all scheduled activities, facilities and wellness seminars.
17) Flights to and from the winner’s destination are not included. The Flight Centre Gift Card has been included in the prize for the winner to organise themselves. The Card can be used to redeem this prize, or for any other purpose, up to the $2,000 value.
18) Complimentary transfers to and from Gold Coast Airport are at set times.
19) The prize package is only redeemable for residents of Australia. All guests must be aged 18 years and older.
20) Raffle tickets are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
21) The prize package (gift cards) will be delivered to the winner within 7 days of the draw.
22) The Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat prize is valid for 6 months from prize draw date, subject to availability, and some block out dates may apply. Bookings should be made at least 45 days in advance. The Prize may not be combined with any other voucher or offer. The prize is not transferable and has no cash value.
23) If the raffle prize package remains unclaimed for 3 months, or if the winner cannot be contacted after all reasonable steps have been taken, or the winner of the prize is unable to take the prize for any reason, then the winner will forfeit the prize. The draw will be conducted via the Supporterhub raffle platform on 27 August 2024. The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 days of the draw, and the winner’s details will be published on the Women’s Community Shelters website and Facebook channel.
24) The winner may be invited to take part in reasonable promotional activity related to the raffle (for example, WCS social media)
25) All entries become property of Women’s Community Shelters. Women’s Community Shelters may use entrant information to contact you about news, events, and general information in relation to the organisation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to Women’s Community Shelters at: hello@womenscommunityshelters.org.au.
26) Women’s Community Shelters will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.
27) Women’s Community Shelters reserves the right to disqualify any person who Women’s Community Shelters has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to interfere with a fair and proper conduct of this Raffle. Women’s Community Shelters legal rights are reserved to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
28) WCS accepts no responsibility for any kind of loss or liability suffered or incurred by the prize-winner or their guest in relation to the prize or the raffle. The winners release Women’s Community Shelters, related employees, affiliates or bodies corporate, from all liabilities, loss, damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize or the promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties will not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out of the prize.
29) The privacy and security of entrant personal information is important to WCS. WCS is committed to treating personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found

30) WCS network (staff and board) and their immediate families are excluded from entering the raffle. Gwinganna and Stellar Magazine staff are also excluded.
