Terms and Conditions
Taylor Swift concert ticket raffle in support of Women’s Community Shelters – Terms & Conditions
- There is a maximum of 51,000 tickets being sold.
- Price of ticket: $15 for 1 ticket, $50 for 5 tickets, $100 for 15 tickets.
- Total prize pool value: $10,000
- There is one prize (for two people)
- All profits will be distributed directly to Women’s Community Shelters (WCS) only (ABN: 54 153 006 556).
- Due to permit requirements, the raffle is only for residents of NSW & VIC
- This raffle is run by WCS, hosted on the SupporterHub platform (ABN: 26 616 473 084).
- This contest is in no way sponsored or administered by Taylor Swift, Firefly Entertainment, Inc., or their affiliates. The promotion is authorised by The Frontier Touring Co Pty Ltd.
1) Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2) Purchase of a raffle ticket is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3) Entry is open to residents of NSW & VIC, due to permit requirements which vary from state to state. Raffle sales in VIC will cease after $60,000 has been raised in ticket sales, due to legal requirements.
4) Ineligible state residents are invited to donate to Women’s Community Shelters (WCS) here.
5) Anyone under the age of 18 is ineligible to purchase tickets.
6) There is only one raffle prize package. The prize and value are as follows:
. 2 x A Reserve Area Floor tickets (section A7) to Taylor Swift ‘The Eras Tour’, Monday February 26 2024, Accor Stadium Sydney Olympic Park, valued at $759.80. The tickets have been provided by The Frontier Touring Co Pty Ltd. Terms and conditions of the tickets can be accessed: https://taylorswift.ticketek.com.au
. 1 x Westfield digital gift card to the value of $5,000. The gift card will be purchased in the winner’s name once contact has been made with winner and their details are confirmed. Westfield gift card terms and conditions will apply: https://www.westfield.com.au/terms-and-conditions#gift-cards-online-purchase-terms-and-conditions. Gift Cards are valid for use within three years from the date of issue. Gift Cards may be redeemed in whole or part during the validity period. Where used in part, no change will be given. The voucher does not have to be used in conjunction with the Taylor Swift tickets.
. 1 x Flight Centre gift card to the value of $4240.20. The gift card will be purchased in the winner’s name, once contact has been made with winner and their details are confirmed. Flight Centre gift card terms and conditions will apply: https://www.flightcentre.com.au/gift-card-terms-and-conditions. Gift Cards are redeemable at participating Flight Centre Travel Group retail stores located within Australia and valid for use within three years from the date of issue. Gift Cards may be redeemed in whole or part during the validity period. Where used in part, no change will be given.
7) The Prize does not include travel to or from the winner’s destination, nor will this be organised on the winner’s behalf. The Flight Centre voucher is to support the winner with their flight, accommodation and car hire needs, for the winner to organise themselves as needed. The voucher does not have to be used in conjunction with the Taylor Swift tickets.
8) The prize is not transferable and has no cash value. The prize-winning ticket cannot be sold or on-sold by any party for financial gain.
9) WCS staff and board members and their immediate families, and staff and board members of WCS’s network of 10 affiliated crisis shelters, are excluded from entering the raffle.
10) Entrants must include their contact details in the section provided when purchasing a ticket. Entries will include a first and last name, email address, mail address and a telephone number at a minimum.
11) Tickets can only be purchased online through SupporterHub
12) Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of tickets which may be purchased.
13) Raffle ticket sales will commence on Wednesday 22 November 2023 9:00am (AEST) and conclude on Sunday 14 January 2024 23.59pm.
14) Raffle tickets are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
15) WCS reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this raffle with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated/suspected/actual fraud, concert cancellation, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes).
16) The randomly generated draw for the winner will take place on Monday 15 January 2024 10:00am (AEST) online through the SupporterHub online raffle platform. SupporterHub’ s head office is Level 24, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
17) Entrants need not be present at the draw to win.
18) There will only be one winner. The one winner is invited to bring one guest.
19) The winner will be notified by phone and email within two days of the draw, and the winner’s details will be published on the WCS website and Facebook channel. Within seven days the winner will be printed in state-based News Ltd newspapers as required.
20) The winner will be invited to take part in reasonable promotional activity related to the raffle (for example, WCS social media).
21) The prize package (tickets and gift cards) will be emailed to the winner within seven days of the draw.
22) If the raffle prize package remains unclaimed for three weeks, or if the winner cannot be contacted after all reasonable steps have been taken, or the winner of the prize is unable to take the prize for any reason, then the winner will forfeit the prize. The redraw will be conducted via the SupporterHub raffle platform on Monday 5th February 2024. The winner will be notified by phone and email within two days of the redraw, and the winner’s details will be published on the WCS website and Facebook channel.
23) All entrant details become property of Women’s Community Shelters. WCS may use entrant information to contact entrants about news, events, and general information in relation to the organisation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to WCS at: hello@womenscommunityshelters.org.au.
24) WCS will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.
25) WCS reserves the right to disqualify any person who WCS has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to interfere with a fair and proper conduct of this Raffle. WCS legal rights are reserved to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
26) WCS accepts no responsibility for any kind of loss or liability suffered or incurred by the prize-winner or their guest in relation to the prize or the raffle. The winners release WCS, related employees, affiliates or bodies corporate, from all liabilities, loss, damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize or the promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties will not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out of the prize.
